Talk: Running Around the Streets of Keighley

June 8, 2022 @ 7:15 pm – 8:45 pm
History Society member Colin Kirkham will be giving his talk ‘Running around the streets of Keighley’, about his own experiences from when he first took up running as a youngster in Keighley and about the history of cross-country running (and how challenging that can be to research!). Colin, as some of you may know, is a renowned long-distance runner who represented Great Britain in the marathon at the Munich Olympics in 1972.
This talk will be on Zoom and is for paid-up History Society members only. ‘Doors open’ from 7pm for a 7.30pm start. Please check your emails nearer the time for any updates.
